Waterside Holiday Park
We upgraded our holiday home in 2009, at the time
it was Carnaby's flagship caravan. We have decided for the first time
to hire out our holiday home for the forthcoming season 2011.

Bay View is fully furnished and comprises of: Master bedroom with
walk in mirror doors wardrobe, wall mounted tv, hair dryer and
en-suite to main Toilet and Walk in Shower plus ample storage
space. 2nd Bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and ample
storage. Kitchen has stainless steel fittings, 5 burner gas hob
with extractor hood, built in eye level microwave, double gas oven
& grill, 6 foot stainless steel double fridge freezer. Automatic
washing machine, Stainless steel sink & drainer, constant hot
water.
Lounge has stunning views across Torbay, a 3 piece suite with a
pull out double bed. A 32 inch wall mounted flat screen freeview
TV and also wireless DVD player.

The lounge has french doors which open out to a decked patio with
table & chairs with stunning views across Torbay and of the steam
train that passes the edge of the holiday park several times a
day. Although Bay View has full gas fired central heating there is
a wall mounted remote control log effect blown air electric fire
for those chillier evenings.
Full bedding is provided including bed linen - all you need bring
is your towels. Waterside Facilities: Outdoor heated swimming pool
(Life Guards on Duty), Pool tables, Sun terraces, Outdoor heated
children's pool, Smugglers Inn, restaurant/pub, Children's club,
Evening entertainment, State of the art Yacht Club, bars,
Amusements, Wi-Fi access (in club), Shop, Launderette.
Waterside Holiday Park is situated in Paignton on the South Devon
coast. It enjoys the climate and attractions that have made this
area the ‘English Riviera’. And with great facilities, top class
family entertainment and some of the best views imaginable – you
are assured of a Devon caravan holiday to remember.
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS:
A £50.00 a week booking deposit required.
Final balance payable 8 weeks
before your Holiday date.
A full payments refund on cancellations if we secure a booking for
youre holiday date.
A fully refundable £100.00 security deposit required on all
bookings.
A small charge of £30.00 per week per pet if you would like to
bring your pet on holiday with you, only well behaved and house
trained pets allowed at Bay View. |

Around and
about
Torquay and it's sister English Riviera hotspots Brixham and
Paignton are the queens of the Devon resort holiday choice. It's all
here in these Devon seaside havens including a party atmosphere in
Torquay, now increasingly popular as a stag and hen weekend break,
theatres, amusements, great beaches, literary heritage with the Agatha
Christie trail, family holiday fun in Paignton with it's many shops, a
great pier and endless sandy beach with lots of amenities and a great
promenade. Move to Brixham, once a small fishing village but now a
delightful day trip Mecca with a picture postcard harbour, lots of
exquisite promenade walking and a bustling marina which hosts it's own
regatta annually.
